Thank you for trusting markhealth.com for your health needs
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 3 Hours of your orders of tests/Scans/ and 3 days for medicines, you
will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
1. Eligibility for Refunds/Cancellation
1.1 Wrong test has been registered which is different from what you wanted/prescribed by the Doctor.
1.2 Not after 3 Hours of time from sample collection time as your tests might have undergone primary testing phase.
1.3 Your reports delivery have exceeded 48 hrs of the TAT commitment
1.4 To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
1.5 Due to some unforeseen circumstances your home collection was not done.
1.6 You can also add/modify tests but within 3 hours of time sample collection by calling us directly or booking the
order at markhealth.com. The difference amount shall be adjusted and refunded

2. Exchanges (only applicable on Medicines)
2.1 We only replace items if they are in full strip or package intact and is not partially used.
2.2 If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@markhealth.com and send your item to our

3. Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original
source of payment account within 3-7 working days
4. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it
may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
